I get ANIO service errors on my limited user account, which is why I was playing with this. To stop aniwzcs.dll permanently uninstall 'ANIWZCS Dynamic Link Library' from your system. Always remember to perform periodic backups, or at least to set restore points. It just takes my pages a real long time to load.

I'm running Winblows - Xtra Psi Home edition and I've got something called WZCSLDR.exe always taking up half a percent of my CPU! i dont use wpa so it doesn't matter to me. Files that are needed are only on one directory and uninstaller is looking at wrong place.So, you need to copy files from "program files (x86)" to "program files" Remove those files
