- I found out that I deleted something on a USB Flash Disk and it put it in the Trash.
- Everything back to normal.
- Because that is what you are probably looking for, no muss no fuss.
- Yeah, sometimes external devices can hold on to files and lock them.
- I eventually used Trash It and all though it took a while to complete the task it worked ok.
- Forcing the Trash to Empty Double click on the trash can so that it opens up in Finder and you can see the contents.
